Actually, it is Beef Stroganoff. But my husband likes make some differences in every dish, something like innovation :) Every time when He tries food, certainly makes comment: "How it would be if we add this or that kind of spices?!" or "I think "X" cheese will be appropriate choice for it" :)
Might be you'd not find out any differences from classic recipe, but I think real Beef Stroganoff is different, you'd not mix it with mushrooms. Anyway, it is delicious and doesn't require too much time and dilegence for preparing.
